When Time Inc. needed to move their digital brands to Brooklyn on an accelerated timeline, we delivered a workspace that captures startup energy within Industry City's industrial bones.

Working with TPG Architecture, we connected two floors with a dramatic spiral staircase and curated works from local Brooklyn artisans.

The project earned CoreNet NYC's 2017 Commercial Interiors Project of the Year award—proving that great design doesn't require endless timelines.
